FaithTails is for families. Use it at home with your kids, enjoy the free stories, print the products you buy for your own family — and please don't copy our stories and art to build something else. That's really most of it.
FaithTails is a Bible-story website for children ages 4-8, meant to be used together with a parent or guardian. Accounts may only be created by adults (parents and guardians). By creating an account, you confirm you are an adult and that you are responsible for the child profiles you add.
Everything on FaithTails — stories, artwork, activities, and printables — is for your personal, non-commercial family use. That includes homeschool use with your own children. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
FaithTails owns the stories, character designs, illustrations, audio, activities, and everything else that makes up the site (Scripture text quoted from the King James Version is in the public domain). You may not scrape, bulk-download, or use automated tools to copy our content, and you may not use our characters or artwork in other products or apps.
When you buy a digital product (like a printable activity pack), you are buying a license to download and print it for your own family's personal use. You may print as many copies as your household needs. You may not share the files publicly, resell them, or distribute them — even for free. Payments are processed by Stripe; because products are digital downloads, all sales are final unless something is wrong with your order (in which case, contact us and we'll make it right).
FaithTails offers retellings of Bible stories, simplified and dramatized for young children with animal characters. It is a fun learning companion — not a substitute for Scripture, a church, or your own family's teaching.
FaithTails is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FaithTails operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FaithTails after changes means you accept the updated terms.
